Grousing.

Okay, so, it's been relatively quiet at work for months. As in "Ooo, what wonderful thing can I put together for my blog today?" sort of quiet. As in finish all the work for the day, ask everyone if they'd like help, help if asked, and then sit for hours with no actual work.

This is all over now; work is really picking up, and I've barely had time to have a coherent thought, let alone post. This, of course, is happening NOW, rather than months ago, or later in December, because if I had any spare time, I'd be working on my novel for National Novel Writing Month.

Seriously. Why THIS week??
